General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- faucet handles no longer obstructed
- quat sanitizer measured 200ppm in sanibucket and from dispenser above sink
- high temp dishwasher reached 78C at the final rinse cycle
- ice machine interior sanitary
- no obvious signs of pests at the time of inspection
- staff are aware which pastries/breakfast sandwiches are shelf stable (some are display only and are served from breakfast sandwich cooler)
- general sanitation is satisfactory

- display cooler: 4C
- under the counter cooler (breakfast sandwiches): 3C
- under the counter coolers (drinks area): 4C/3C/4C
- upright cooler (back): 3C
- upright freezer (back): -18C
