- In-use and stored cooking utensils were observed to be clean - Hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Walk-in cooler and prep cooler have been re-organized to provide a good separation between raw meats and ready-to-eat items and vegetables - All food stored properly covered - Slicer has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. - Deep cleaning of cooking equipment (range, fryer, etc.) and of floors in hard-to-reach areas has been completed.
