Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers are at or below 4C. Food items are covered - Freezer units measured at -18C - High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level - QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle achieves 200ppm. Ensure there are bottles for both outside area and inside - No signs of pest activity
