Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Sanitizer solution is not in use at time of inspection. Multiple wiping rags observed on food contact surfaces at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): -Immediately prepare a sanitizer solution for usage with the wiping rags and sanitize all food contact surfaces in the establishment. The sanitizer solution must be used throughout the day on food contact surfaces to prevent spread of pathogens/contamination. Staff prepared solution and sanitized surfaces at time of inspection.
