Kitchen cleaned up as noted from previous inspection. *Note: Move equipment to gain access to hard to reach areas as discussed and clean up remaining mouse droppings. Shelves are free of droppings and other areas in kitchen that were well cleaned remain free of mouse droppings. *Recommend adding traps to back area of kitchen behind upright freezer. Move freezer to clean (vacuum and flashlight will help keep those hard to reach areas free of dry foods and old mouse droppings. Continue to monitor for rodent activity.
