All freezers are -18 degrees C or colder. Dipper well in use. Temperature logs are being maintained. Liquid soap and paper towel at all sinks. Recommend that the one and a half compartment sink in the kitchen be changed to a two compartment sink for ease of dishwashing. Ensure that all foodsafe certifications are up to date for staff. As of July 2018, anyone with foodsafe prior to 2013 has expired.
