Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sinks are maintained as per approved floor plans. Unacceptable to change function of sink to become coffee dumping sink only in place of handsink. Current temporary solution - other handsink 7 ft away at sandwich station. Replace soap and re-install paper towel dispenser with paper towel.
