Corrective Action(s): Knives need to be washed and sanitized. Knives must be washed and sanitized before storing. Store knives in a clean and sanitary manner at all times. e.g. magnetic knife strips.

Observation: Front handsink not clearly accessible at time of inspection. Cups and other items in sink. Front handsink not supplied with running hot and cold water at time of inspection.

Outside cooler @ 8C
*Cooler has not been fixed. Only whole vegetables may be stored in the cooler. Cold potentially hazardous foods must be stored at temperatures at of below 4C / 40F at all times.

Vegetable garden in back lane area has not been removed. Food prepared, stored and served on-site must be from approved food sources. Remove garden.

Food equipment has not been removed from outdoor area. Food equipment must be stored in a clean and sanitary means at all times.

COVID-19 Safety Plan has not been completed. This is in violation from the Order of The Provincial Health Officer: Workplace COVID-19 Safety Plans dated May 14, 2020. Correction Order issued.

Most cleaning has been completed. More cleaning required under cooking equipment and hard to reach areas. More cleaning required inside outdoor cooler / freezers.

Provide a food safety plan for the fermented vegetables that were discarded during the last routine inspection.
