- Noted recently cooked chicken (above 60C) cooling properly on cooling racks at time of inspection. Reviewed cooling procedures with staff member, no concerns.
- Sanitizer in containers both in front and back food preparation areas 100ppm chlorine with cloths submerged
- Holes in back screen door have be taped shut
- Staff member on duty was cutting fish that arrived at time of inspection.
- All hand wash stations had soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
