Observation: 1. Sandwich prepartion cooler registered 6-7 degrees C at the time of inspection (lunch rush??).
2. Door gasket on the bottom left door of the 4-door freezer found to be broken.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Service or adjust the cooler so that it maintains all perishable items at 4 C or below at all times (Immediately).
2 Repair or replace the door seal/gasket on the 4-door cooler. Check all gaskets to ensure they are providing good seal. (Immediately)
