Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted food handler not changing gloves after cleaning the counter and prior to food handling.
Corrective Action(s): Educate food handler re: proper glove usage, Disposable gloves must be changed at any possibility of contamination (Ie. after cleaning counter, after touching contaminated area and prior to food handling) wash hands between changing gloves.

-Accurate Thermometers are provided at all sinks

-Products are properly labeled no expired foods noted (random check)
-Good food protection noted in the facility.
-General sanitation is good at time of visit.
-Dishwasher Temp.74 o C at plate
-Ice Machine is clean, ice scoop maintained properly
-No sign of pests noted
-Temperature log sheet are in place and up to date( random check)
