Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable cutter noted on previous report was again observed with food debris on food contact surfaces. Vegetable cutter stored away on shelf.
Corrective Action(s): Vegetable cutter placed into dishwashing sink to be soaked prior to washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. This is a repeat violation. Ensure equipment and utensils are stored in sanitary condition.

Hand sinks (front sushi bar, kitchen, and staff washroom) are accessible / unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
