Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temp dishwasher noted at 0 ppm chlorine. EHO pointed out sanitizer line pinched by sanitizer bucket.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 50 ppm chlorine is available to dishes at sanitizing step. Bucket and tube moved and line primed - system is now operational. Recommend sanitizer testing be done during daily temp checks and added to log book. Get chlorine test strips onsite. Sanitizer violation with dishwasher during last inspection - more focus on dishwasher operational required.
