-Follow-up inspection to January 8, 2024. -Chemical dishwasher was serviced and was able to provide a final rinse of 50ppm to 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse (minimum of 50ppm chlorine required for proper sanitizing). -Staff must test the dishwasher daily and maintain records to verify the dishwasher is able to provide a minimum of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse. -Chemical dishwasher was found to be unable to properly sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishware on multiple previous inspections. Future issues surrounding the dishwasher not being able to properly sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishware will result in the issuance of a violation ticket. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required.
