* Note: some soups were being cooled at room temperature at time of inspection; operator decided to cool in freezer unit to cool more quickly
* Food was covered and dated
* Note: food safe level 1 must be renewed and expires every 5 years
* Menu still same
* Note: some de-cluttering to be done to remove extra containers, etc; all containers to be food grade and suitable types
* Bleach sanitizer was available at 200 ppm chlorine in bucket to store wiping rags
