-Follow-up inspection to confirm compliance with correction requirements identified during routine inspection of October 12th, 2022:
-Sanitation of the premises has not improved substantially since previous inspection. The following areas must be thoroughly cleaned:
-Food debris/soil/grease buildup observed on surfaces around the circular cooktop (dining room)
-Carpet and 2 floor mats near the circular cooktop which are heavily-laden with food residues and cooking oil
-Tile floor under/near the circular cooktop with grease/debris embedded in the grooves & grout lines
-Decorative columns near the circular cooktop with grease and food residues embedded on the surfaces
-Tile floors in the washrooms with grease/debris embedded in the grooves & grout lines
-Interior of the dishwasher (soiled with a grey/white residue)
-Strainer basket in the 3-compartment sink (soiled with food residue)
-Oil/food spills on the surface of the stovetop in the kitchen and floor underneath
-Oil/food debris/residues on the tile floor throughout the kitchen
-Residues/stains on the perimeter walls of the kitchen
-Operator agreed to close the food premises for the remainder of the day to focus on cleaning the premises
-Reinspection scheduled for tomorrow morning (October 20th) to confirm compliance with correction requirements
