Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Egg patties were stored inside the under the counter cooler measured with an internal temperature of 8C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded the egg patties. Potentially hazardous food must be kept at 4C or less. at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food surfaces sanitizer not available for use. Sanitizing insert measured with a concentration of 0 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the container with 200 ppm quats sanitizer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces on site.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop used for teriyaki chicken was stored with the handle part in direct contact with the food.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store scoops with handle part in contact with the food. Take out the scoop and store it properly.

Observation: Under the counter cooler measured with an ambient air temperature of 8C. 4C or less is required to store potentially hazardous food.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned cooler to ensure ambient air temperature is maintained at 4C or less. Do not use this cooler until then. Sept 6, 2022.

- Walk-in freezer maintained at -18C.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels
- Vegetable slicer maintained in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.

*Temperature records not maintained properly. With the two records on site, one did not have a date on the sheet and the other was from the week of Aug 09, 2022. Ensure temperature records are maintained at least daily and recorded properly.
