Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ensure that the deli slicer is sanitized throughout the day. Operator stated that they use soapy water only. Spray bottle of quat sanitizer had a broken nozzle and unable to spray at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that a bottle of your Quat sanitizer is in a properly labelled functioning spray bottle at 200 PPM residual for use on the slicer throughout the day. Operator to use bleach water until spray bottle is replaced.
