Follow up inspection conducted to verify infraction from the previous routine inspection are not reoccuring:
- No food stored at room temperature at time of inspection. Tempura in hot holding unit 63C. Sign has been posted above hot holding lamp to indicate to staff not to turn the unit off. No issues with cooler temperatures - all less than 4C. Note: sliding two door cooler unit has been replaced with a new reach in two door cooler unit of same approximate size.
- Sanitizer readily available at all work stations with wiping cloths submerged. Each station had signane reminding staff to check and change sanitizer every 2 hours. Test strips also supplied at each station.
- All hand wash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
- General sanitation satisfactory
- All staff have taken foodsafe training
