-Low temp dishwasher serviced and noted at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate for the final rinse.
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
-Back storage area appears to have been cleaned and organized
-All food appears to be protected during inspection - no strainers of food noted over garbages
-Sanitizer bottles noted with labels and noted at 100 ppm chlorine available through out facility

*Do not over fill the whole eggs in prep cooler insert after meal rush is done. Ensure the inserts are not over filled or there is a risk of the top food not being maintained under 4 C during storage.
