209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: * Two hand sinks were found with food equipment in them. This is unsanitary practise and again a repeat violation. Staff were reminded AGAIN to keep hand washing stations free of clutter and food equipment, and accessible to use for hand washing. Also, raw chicken prep and sandwich prep were found to be on same table and this can lead to cross contamination issues. Operator moved raw chicken prep to opposite prep table. Prep tables for raw and cooked/ready to eat foods(eg. sandwiches) must be kept separate to reduce risk of cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL hand sinks free of food equipment/clutter and readily accessible at ALL times. Keep all raw meats, etc. prep area separate from ready to eat food prep area to reduce risk of cross contamination. Use separate prep tables for these food handling tasks.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: * Build up of grime/debris still evident along bases of some areas of equipment and not fully cleaned/maintained. These areas require cleaning/maintenance on regular basis for sanitary maintenance to occur. Some areas were found AGAIN to be disorganized and unsanitary(eg. food equipment and boxes stored closely together, etc) This is unsanitary practise!
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL build up of grime/debris removed from ALL areas of kitchen and storage and maintain. This is a repeated violation from many past inspections and not acceptable sanitary condition. Reorganize all food equipment storage shelves to maintain sanitary conditions. This has been repeat violation in many previous inspections

Observation: * Replace ALL missing grout in kitchen areas where depleted and maintain for easy sanitary maintenance
