Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed that the sanitizer sink that had meat particles in it was drained and then only rinsed before staff began to fill with sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the sink is thoroughly cleaned prior to filling with sanitizer water. Sanitizer is only effective on clean surfaces. Ensure that all staff are aware of the new sanitizer system on this sink.
