Cleaned cooking pots stored in a sanitary manner, on clean shelves / counters away from handsink. Wiping rags in use stored in sanitizer containers or had detectable sanitizer residual when held by staff. Floor behind cooking - no ponding water observed. Discussed with Manager - ensure janitorial staff remove excess moisture after cleaning floors. New congee warmer provided (left of freezer) temp 73 C Chemical products not observed stored together with food. Chemical products stored centrally in storage room.
