- Hand sink in kitchen and in staff washroom properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Quat-based food-contact surface sanitizer available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in spray bottle and sanitizer pail. - Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary condition. Sink drain plugs available. - Walk-in cooler and pizza prep cooler measured at 4C or colder - Coolers equipped were with accurate thermometers - Good food storage practices noted. All food stored off the floor, properly covered and labelled. - All equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions - General sanitation is excellent - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection - Staff onsite had valid FoodSafe level 1 certification
