Observation: The extra-large pots are STILL onsite -operator suggested a cleaning method for the pots while onsite
Correction: This is a strict requirement -Each compartment of the wash sinks must be sized large enough to accommodate the largest cooking item that requires cleaning -in your case this is the extra large pots.

Operator is to remove these 2 extra large pots from the facility -refer to the last report and pictures emailed referenced

Final warning -increased enforcement will occur for further citations

Observation: 2 extra large soup vats are too large to be adequately cleaned at the wash sinks.

Your largest piece of equipment must either fit inside the wash sinks or the dishwasher
Correction: Remove the 2 extra large soup vats from the facility

Bar handsink has adequate flow for handwashing -hot/cold water present
Dry storage room -no observed droppings, foods off the floor on shelves, soft packaged foods in rodent proof containers, pest control is visiting weekly as per operator
A dishwasher is said to finish all dirty ware at the ends of nights -okay
