Observation: Minor accumulation of waste water observed stagnating behind pop syrup shelves, around mop sink and extending into the men's (employee) washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the accumulation of water in all areas of premises, but especially in dish pit, mop sink and behind noted shelves in the area. Do not allow water to remain/pond in the noted areas. Ensure night crew advised and this area is audited daily for clean up and water accumulations.
