Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping rag sanitizer reservoirs 0 ppm Quaternary Ammonia.
Corrective Action(s): All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia, to be verified by test strip).
Ensure sanitizer reservoirs are refreshed frequently to maintain adequate sanitizer residual.

Observation: Washroom papertowel dispenser is empty. Papertowel roll stored on back of toilet.
Corrective Action(s): Refill papertowel dispenser with compatible papertowel supply.

Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser.

Observation: Front swing gate entrance - door sweeps worn away at corners on both sides of gates allowing for pest entry.
Corrective Action(s): Replace swing gate door sweeps to ensure no gaps larger than 1 cm to adequately prevent rodent entry.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations: on floor between work table and large oven, in alcove next to counter top oven, on shelving by rusk take out packages, on shelf for boxes of bags by front entrance and in corners of office space.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
