Re-opening inspection:
- the following items still need your attention:

all hand washing stations to be supplied with disposable paper towels and liquid soap
hand station to be installed at the entering point in the kitchen area ( it will reduce the likelihood of contamination of the food and reduce the outbreaks of food borne illnesses )
janitorial facility at the lower floor require to have a back flow preventers ( cross connection can contaminate the potable water supply )
mechanical dispensing system to be installed at the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen area and also at the janitorial facilities in each floors.

Suggestion: please keep the kitchen mop /bucket separate from the housing supply

accurate thermometers to be installed in each refrigeration units
low temperature dishwasher must be monitored daily and record should be available on site
provide the test strips for all approved sanitizers ( bleach and quat )

Suggestion: Regular monitoring of temperatures and sanitizer concentrations is necessary to ensure effective results. Sanitizers should not be used at concentrations well above the recommended levels.

Please provide the contact information for the pest control, chemical supplier and food suppliers.

Kitchenettes ( total of 4 ) - will be supplied with a high temperature dishwashers but they are not installed at the time of inspection. Each kitchenette is also supplied with a freezer/cooler, hand washing stations and separate sinks.
