Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-C73V4U: Prep cooler is now able to maintain air temperature of 3.0C. Sanitation in previously mentioned areas has improved. **Please remember to close pest proof container lids as soon as ingredients are obtained to protect foods from contamination. Do not leave lids open until the end of the day to close. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed with operator on site.
