Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles = 200 ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine.
Glass washer sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
General organization of food very good.
- Food stored off the floor.
- Food items organized in all storage areas.
General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
Operator informed that they are slowly in the process of deep cleaning the facility - keep it up!
Ice machine clean.
NOTE: Two Denby coolers in bar area operating at about 10 degrees Celsius. Only store carbonated drinks and alcohol. No potentially hazardous foods stored in these two coolers. Ensure that no potentially hazardous foods are stored in these coolers unless operating at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
