Observation: Observed meat slicer has food debris.
Correction: Ensure to clean meat slicer after use or at least every 4 hours if being used continuously. Dirty food equipment may introduce pathogens into the food which could cause foodborne illness. Ensure to clean and sanitize meat slicer before using the equipment. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

Chemical spray bottles labelled. Use of noroquat ok at 200 ppm or 150 ppm as per directions. Test strips left. OK
*Note: Advance Sanitizer (chlorine solution) unclear what operating concentration is recommended. No DIN labelling. Discontinue use until more info obtained and deemed an acceptable sanitizer or disinfectant.
General back area better maintained. Keep at this level of cleanliness. Continue to work on flour storage so surrounding area can be easily cleaned. Wheeled flour bin recommended.
