Inspection conducted due to an ownership change. completed application, certificate of Incorporation, food safety plan, sanitation plan, foodsafe level 1 certificate copy provided. Permit fees paid. Cheque number #113 for $125.00 No changes to floor plan, menu or staff. All hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 C. All freezer ambient air temperature below - 18 C. Dishwasher final rinse has 50 ppm Cl. the following require attention: 1. Always have 100 ppm Cl solution for wiping cloths. 2. Clean and refinish the dry storage floor. 3. Do not store any food providers on the floor. 4. Ensure temperatures of all coolers, freezers and hot holding are monitored and recorded 5. Purchase Cl test strips to monitor the dishwasher rinse cycle. Temperatures provided. Health Approval Granted to operate.
