Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door sliding cooler is measured to be 13.8oC (air temperature). Food temperature is measured to be 11.8oC. Temperture is not recorded this morning. Chef indicated someone has unplugged the cooler. The cooler is plugged in again at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods should be maintained at 4oC or less. All potentially hazardous foods in this cooler discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Door must be closed at all times to prevent pests from entering. Install screen door if need be.
