Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Minor debris observed on thebackside blade of the meat slicer afte ran employee cleaned the slicer for me. Backside is not adequately illuminated due to the location of the slicer
Corrective Action(s): Recommend purchasing a flashlight to verify the slicer has been adequately cleaned.
Recommend purchasing a bottle brush to better access the area between the blade and the guard
Recommend purchasing cloths with better grit
