A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler 4C; freezer -16C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach and water sanitizer in spray bottle was present. [Cl2] was 200ppm.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- No expired foods.
- Domestic dishwasher present. However, no dishware or cookware provided by facility.
- All in order.
