Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No cold water in the main handwashing station in pizza preparation area. No paper towel in the staff washroom.

Observation: Flooring in front of the staff washroom is covered with a non approved material (blue). Staff informed that it was used to cover a hole on the ground. Missing tiles also noted around pop cooler in the front retail area.
Corrective Action(s): Flooring must be replaced with a durable, non absorbent and smooth material.
