Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station at two compartment sink did not have soap in dispenser. Operator refilled at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand wash stations are fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all times.

Observation: Noted cardboard used to line the floor in front of dish washer area and tape on the cooler/freezer doors used to write translations of foods for the staff.
Corrective Action(s): Remove cardboard and tape. Ensure all surfaces are smooth and washable materials.

Observation: Noted some cracked/broken floor tiles in the food preparation area around the cookline.

All coolers 4C or less (upright two door, sliding door display case, undercounter, pop cooler...etc)
Bean sprouts kept on ice water. Ensure ice water is changed frequently to ensure 4C or less, or product is turned over within 2 hrs.
Freezers x 4 all less than -18C
All hot holding higher than 60C (rice, miso soup...etc)
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Observed proper cooling practices - pork being cooled under cold running water.
Chlorine sanitizer in containers with cloths submerged 100ppm. Test strips available.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc)
