Observation: Two dead cockcroaches found on the sticky trap underneath the laundry sink, rodent droppings also noted.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the sticky trap and replace with new one. Remove the rodent droppings, clean and sanitize the floor with 100ppm bleach.
Correction date: 2 days.

Observation: The back door was opened. The screen door had an air gap at the bottom.
Corrective Action(s): Install weather stripping to cover the gap. Until then, keep the door closed.

Observation: Prep cooler doors, handles and shelves required cleaning. The floor behind the freezers at the back required cleaning.
