Corrective Action(s): Ensure that fridge is maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Adjust or repair if required. Foods to be removed to another fridge. Repairman has been called.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods in buffet warmer are 60 degrees Celsius or hotter at the bottom of inserts and the top surface of the foods are 50-55 degrees Celsius
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that foods are maintained at 60 degrees Celsius or hotter throughout. Temperature of overhead heat lamps was adjusted and foods are now being maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
