Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Approximately 6 packages of Sushi rolls (California rolls) found on display at room temperature for sale. The rolls had been there for more than two hours. Operator could not give a definitive time that they were placed there.
Black rice in warmer was found at 20 degrees C. Unit was not on and unknown how long it had been there.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded rolls and black rice at time of inspection. Ensure that all potentially hazardous foods are maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
