Observation: Dishwasher is broken at time of inspection, has been broken for weeks. Sanitizing step not being done in manual ware washing. Secondary sink not large enough to fully submerge largest items.
Corrective Action(s): All drink service is to stop immediate. Only the sales of bulk items and merchandise is allow.
Dishwasher is to be repaired or replaced immediately.
Bulk tea scoops are to be sprayed with sanitizer at the end of night and allowed to air dry.
