Hand sink with paper towels and soap in use.
Dishwasher final rinse at 100 ppm Chlorine detected at the plate.
Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink.
Permit posted at cashier area.

Holding units:
3 service coolers at 2C to 4C.
Walk in freezer at -1C (fresh prepped food being rapidly cooled).
Walk in cooler at 4C.
Front pop cooler - pop only.

Note: Large sauce buckets are cooled in freezer to below 4C in 2 hours.
Recommendation: store sauces in smaller portions to ensure rapid cooling is completed in shorter times.

Repeating violations observed. Further non-compliance may lead to enforcement such as an Order or tickets.

Facility is required to be maintained in a sanitary manner.
