The following issues still require addressing ( by specified dates):

1. Install a screen door at the back entrance to prevent entry of rodents and pests (Sep 15, 2019)
2. Clean floors underneath the sink, dough mixer, freezers and other shelving.
3. Replace the light bulb in the walk-in cooler with shatter-proof type bulb.
4, All chemicals cleaners and sanitizers must be stored in accurately labelled containers ( immediately)
5. Do not use heavy duty de-greaser for food contact surfaces. Ensure to use it according to manufacturer's suggested dilution chart.
6. Use dish detergent and hot water to clean food contact surfaces, rinse thoroughly to remove soapy residue and then sanitize with 100 ppm chlorine.
