Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Walk in cooler at 14C
2) Jugs of frozen yogurt defrosting in walk in cooler at 10C
Corrective Action(s): 1) Walk in cooler has been broken for some time, currently working on a repair solution. Discussed with owner using the very small drink fridge from the front to defrost a jug or 2 of frozen yogurt mix to ensure it is at 4C while defrosting. A smaller commercial fridge may be purchased or walk in cooler may be repaired. Owner to confirm solution.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mr clean being used to wipe down food contact surfaces and not sanitizer in dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Empty designated sanitizer bucket and fill with quats sanitizer from the dispenser at the dishwashing sink.

Observation: Repair or replace walk in cooler so either it or the new cooler maintains 4C at all times. Discuss proposed solution with EHO to ensure option will meet Food Premises Guidelines and the volume of product within the restaurant. As a temporary solution (7 days maximum) use the small drink fridge in the front to defrost product.
