Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B36QZK. All screws appear to be in place on prep table cover and handle has been attached. Note: Handle is cracked; have handle replaced with a new handle that is smooth, non-porous, easy to clean, and suitable for its intended purpose by September 30, 2018. To be checked at next routine inspection. What appeared to be water was observed under the prep cooler at the time of inspection. It was stated by the kitchen manager that water was from catch tray located under the prep cooler. Catch tray was recently emptied. Ensure that residual water is mopped by today. Ensure that all cooler components including catch tray are functioning properly to limit any leakage of water onto the floor.
