Also, all dirty/used/ trays from hot holding units should be washed at the end of the day ( not left in the display area ).

Samosas have been supplied from approved source ( Patna sweets restaurant )
Some renovation/painting/ will be done in the close future.
For now, increase cleaning and improve general sanitation.
