Ladle for rice cooker not covered in food wrap -stored in ice -a sign posted above the cooker reminding workers of this Bleach sanitizer >100ppm chlorine residual -reused wiping towels stored in the bucket between uses NOTE: do not mix in soap with the bleach sanitizer buckets -the soap may protect pathogenic microorganism from the bleach sanitizer -only use bleach and water -the mechanical action of using the wiping towels should suffice in removal of any gross material present handsinks adequately stocked and clear for use washable ladles used for bulk foods
