Follow-up to code 308: Corrected. Operator indicated that the two fuses on the booster were broken and replaced. Dishwasher is up and running again at 75.9C at the plate. Reviewed with operator the corrective actions when final rinse temperature is lower than 82C (71C at the plate). Follow-up to code 306: Corrected. The noted areas were cleaned: ceiling of the walk-in cooler, the floor underneath the shelving units were cleaned.
