The following items have been corrected:

-knives not stored in wooden compartment, owner ordered the new metal compartment and magnetic strip to hold knives.
-small cutting boards have been in used. This small cutting boards that are easy to clean are placed on top of the old wooden cutting boards.
- bleach used as approved sanitizer at the front and the back of the house.
Thank you for your improvements.

High temperature dishwasher reached 83C at the final rinse.
Food is stored in the food grade container in the walk in cooler
Pest control company need to be in place. Please provide your district inspector with an invoice from the last inspection - on November 16, 2016


However, we still need the following items and improvements to be done by November 16, 2016:
- replace the broken tiles at the front/serving area
- paint or resurface the stairs that are connecting the main kitchen and the dry storage area
