Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in buckets throughout.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.1'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Tools/equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
-General food storage practice good throughout.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visits. Reports kept on site.
-Upstairs storage checked at this time. No foods stored in this area.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

Improvement observed with regards to the general maintenance and sanitation of the facility. Good! Keep up the good work!
